Returns on Opened/Used Products – Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

Starter Kits – Struggling with application? We’re here to help! You can book a personal tutorial session, either in-person or via WhatsApp video call. If after the session you’re still unhappy, you may return the kit for a partial refund on any unused items (minus a $10 handling and shipping fee).

Defective or Damaged Products – If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a refund or exchange. All returns must be pre-approved via an RMA request; unauthorized returns will be sent back to the sender.

Unopened Products – You may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be properly packaged and undamaged. Processing time for returns is 5 business days, and refunds will be issued within 3 business days after approval.
To start a return or exchange:
Go to “My Account” > “My Orders” > Select Order > “Start Return”
Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 30 days.
